The programme begins with the creation of a Code of Ethics - specific for your organization. At this point, ef can conduct a survey of ethics awareness as part of your Code Communication Process. Next, the organization decides its approach to assuring compliance with the Code. Finally, practical training and development is provided — to leaders and team members — to increase commitment to ethical behaviour at all levels in the organization.
